1. Scope and educational purpose
These terms concern use of globalmarkets24hours.com (the Site). The Site provides educational articles, calculated exchange-session information, calendars, and optional quote references. It does not execute orders, hold investments, or provide personalised investment, legal, or tax advice. No content is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security or to use a trading strategy.
2. Market-hours and calendar limitations
Session labels are calculated from stored regular schedules, your device's clock, IANA timezones, and the holiday data included in the Site. They are not confirmation from an exchange that a market is accepting orders. Early closes, auctions, instrument-specific hours, trading halts, extraordinary closures, calendar changes, and special sessions may not be reflected. Future rule-based dates are projections, and some exchanges do not yet have a full calendar for every displayed year. Verify time-sensitive information directly with the relevant exchange and your broker.
3. Quote data and third-party rights
Optional watchlist quotes are requested through the Site's server from Yahoo Finance. Quotes may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or unavailable and are not suitable as an order-execution feed. Display of third-party information does not transfer ownership or grant you a redistribution licence. Exchange names, trademarks, prices, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms. Do not use the Site as a source for commercial redistribution without obtaining the relevant permissions.
4. Your use of the Site
Use the Site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access restrictions or rate limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person in communications, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts service. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for verifying information independently. Trading and investing can result in loss of the entire amount invested.
5. Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its information are provided as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for trading. No guarantee is made that a displayed status, countdown, price, or educational example is current or error-free. Nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site's operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data loss, service interruption, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on the Site or third-party information. This does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including non-excludable statutory or consumer rights. The effect of these terms depends on applicable law.
7. Third-party links, advertising, and privacy
External links and advertisements lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, a partnership, or a guarantee. The Site's Privacy Policy explains its contact form, local storage, quote requests, hosting, and advertising services. Advertising consent is handled separately from these terms and can be reviewed through the footer's privacy-choices control where available.
8. Changes and corrections
The Site's features and these terms may change. The date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law. If you find an error in a schedule, quote, or article, please report it through the Contact page and include the exchange, date, timezone, and an official source when possible.
