Welcome to Global Markets 24 Hours ("we", "our", or "us"). We operate the website at globalmarkets24hours.com (the "Site"), a free real-time global stock market session monitoring tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our Site.

This policy describes the information processing that occurs when you use the Site. Where consent is legally required for advertising technologies, Google's certified consent platform requests and records your choices.

We do not require an account or personal information to browse the Site. If you use the Contact form, you provide your name, email address, selected subject, and message so we can receive and respond to your enquiry. The form sends that information to our support mailbox through our server.

The personal stock watchlist feature stores ticker symbols in your browser's local storage. Saved watchlist data remains on your device, although the ticker symbol is sent to our server when you request its current price quote.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically collect standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used solely for security and operational purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Local Storage and Your Watchlist

The "My Stock Watch List" feature stores up to six ticker symbols directly in your browser'slocalStorage. This data is stored entirely on your device. We do not receive the saved list itself, but each ticker is sent to our server when the watchlist requests a current quote. You can clear your watchlist at any time by using the remove controls on the watchlist page, or by clearing your browser's site data.

The browser sends requested ticker symbols to our quote API, including during automatic refreshes. Our server then requests quotes from Yahoo Finance's chart endpoint. The upstream request contains the ticker symbol and our server's network information; the application does not forward your name, email, browser IP address, or saved watchlist to Yahoo Finance. Your browser's request to our own server still includes normal network metadata. Prices may be delayed or unavailable.

The quote route does not write ticker requests or prices to an application database. Our application request logger omits query strings. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own network logs. Yahoo's processing is described in its privacy policy.

5. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising

This Site uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to display advertisements. Google AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to collect data about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide you with relevant advertisements.

Depending on your location and consent choices, Google and its partners may serve personalised or non-personalised ads and measure their performance. This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
